Preparation
Stagecoach did us proud by permitting the use of Waterden Road.
Most (but not all) of the buses, before the runout:

And Waterden Road also provided somewhere to rest before
heading home. Late in the day, the two RTs were joined by
RF486.

In advance of the day, RF486 and RLH48 undertook route training
for drivers. They are seen here in White Post Lane, Hackney
Wick.

On the same day, the RLH bravely undertook to check that the
13'0" bridge in Carpenters Road was still high enough for a 13'4"
bus.

Most of the roads were explored in advance - but not
Wansbeck Road, which didn't exist in the days of the RFs. The
SMS runs the S2 by the windfarm, or are they solar panels?
